Child Care
Richland Country Club offers a Childcare service for our members. This service is operated out of the Aerobics Room.
It is our goal that your children have a safe and enjoyable experience while they are in our care. To help us ensure the safety of every child we ask that you make a reservation at the front desk within 24 hours of your arrival.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that our childcare is not meant for “drop-in” service. We are only able to accommodate five children per adult to assure everyone’s wellbeing. It takes the Richland management 24 hours to staff the childcare with the proper amount of adults. We base our decision to increase the childcare staff on the reservations. If reservations are not made 24 hours in advance, you run the risk of not being able to utilize childcare because of full capacity status.
We have listed below the daily childcare guidelines and activities. We have also listed the general adult to child ratio Richland operates on each day. We are able to accommodate more children each day as long as we have a 24 hour notice. Please remember that parents must remain on the club premises.

Tuesday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
* all ages are welcome
* $4.50 per child, per hour
* one childcare provider is always automatically scheduled with or without reservations
* full capacity without 24 hour advanced reservations is 5 children
Wednesday: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
* ages 3 years and older
* children must be potty trained
* $6 per child
* buffet includes chicken tenders, fries, fruit, veggies and cookies
* 2 childcare providers are always automatically scheduled with or without reservations
* full capacity without 24 hour advanced reservations is 10 children
Thursday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
* all ages are welcome
* $4.50 per child, per hour
* one childcare provider is always automatically scheduled with or without reservations
* full capacity without 24 hour advanced reservations is 5 children
Thursday: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
* ages 3 years and older
* children must be potty trained
* $10 single child, $7.50 second child, $5 each additional child
* buffet includes grilled cheese, PB&J, fruit, veggies and cookies
* 2 childcare providers are always automatically scheduled with or without reservations
* full capacity without 24 hour advanced reservations is 10 children
Friday: 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm
* all ages are welcome
* $4.50 per child, per hour
* 3 childcare providers are always automatically scheduled with or without reservations
* full capacity without 24 hour advanced reservations is 15 children
Saturday - 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm
* all ages are welcome
* $4.50 per child, per hour
* 2 childcare providers are always automatically scheduled with or without reservations
* full capacity without 24 hour advanced reservations is 10 children
