Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Chef Dean graduated from Joliet College of Culinary Arts.  He served his apprenticeship at the 5-star Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia.  After which he worked at the Le Perroquet, a 5-star restaurant in Chicago, as well as serving as the Executive Chef at the Hilton Hotel in Naperville, Illinios.  Then is was on to Atlanta where he spent many years working for Pano Karatosas of the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group.  Dean served as Chef at the highly acclaimed 103 West Restaurant.  Chef Dean has been with Richland since 1998.  He resides in Franklin with his wife Linda and their children, Matthew and Cristal.
