A native of El Paso, Texas, Beth graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a degree in Broadcasting Journalism. She began her career in the marketing, advertising and special events field working for International Comfort Products as a marketing manager, and Gish, Sherwood & Friends Advertising Agency as an account manager.
In 2000, Beth began her own wedding and event planning business, focusing primarily on weddings, but also coordinating corporate golf outings. She was named one of three finalist for the 2001 Corporate Event Planner of the Year, an award presented annually by Event Solutions magazine.
Beth, her husband Mike and her son Tripper live in Nashville
